Refrigerated Truck Body Roof

The customer can order the roof insulation in several different thicknesses depending on their requirements and the nature of their work.

Available are 50/80/100 mm insulated roofs made of LITE FLEX technology developed and built according to a European system.

As a result of this construction method roof weight is very low.

The roof frame is made of 77 mm boards with polyurethane foam panels between them.  This is covered top and bottom with 2.2 mm UV protecting corrugated laminate. This construction prevents damage from sun and heat as well as the intrusion of water into truck body.

Truck Body Side Panels

The customer can choose insulated panels in several different thicknesses depending on their requirements and the nature of their work.

Available are 50/80/100 mm insulated body side panels made of LITE FLEX technology developed and built according to a European system.

As a result of this construction method, panel weight is very low.

Side panel construction consists of a wooden frame with FLEX partition mats made of POLYORATEN corrugated material of density SLS-45.  Additionally, both sides of the panel receive a 2.2 mm UV protective Fiberglass Gel coating which protects  against solar damage and also has a high insulation value.

This fiberglass gel is manufactured in and imported from Italy.

The Truck Body Frame

The frame is made of aluminum V-FLAY which provides aerodynamic efficiency for the truck during travel.

The rear door frame is made of ZR 3 mm stainless steel with flush mount hinges to prevent damage to the hinges and doors.

Truck Body Floor

The truck body floor is 102 mm thick and is insulated to the level EXTRA FREEZE which is the highest level used in Israel.

The floor frame is made from 8 mm U beams with joists spaced every 60 cm.

The underside of the floor is made of 17 mm plywood coated with fiberglass gel to protect it from water and heat damage.

Between the floor partitions are 80 mm polyurethane foam panels.

The floor surface is made of 18 mm birch wood planks.  And, finally, the wood is thickly coated with Kommerling (epoxy) leaving a skid resistant and waterproof surface.

Types of flooring manufactured by the company:

Aluminum, stainless steel, Kommerling, and Polypano, which offers the highest level of insulation.

Truck Body Sealant

We use OSTRIA SIKA sealant.  This material  has thermal insulation capacity and is extremely high strength. It comes as a liquid injectable.  In 2013, it was acclaimed as the highest quality sealing material in Europe by the magazine TRUCK EUR.

Truck Body Doors

Doors are manufactured in several different types and thicknesses depending on the thickness of the bodyshell panels.

The doors are manufactured just as are the body panels except the door frames are made with PVC profiles to prevent the escape of cold from the truck body.

The PVC profile is abrasion-resistant and meets European standards.
