Specifications for the Insulated Body Liner Kit.

These kits for commercial vehicles are imported to our factory from Europe.  YC Merkavim is the exclusive Israeli importer for this ALUVAN Company product.

The kit can be ordered in two different options:

The first option is for use in temperatures from 0 to 4 degrees C.  The second option is for temperatures to -18 degrees C.

The body floor is 100 mm (3.9“) thick with its top finished with Kommerling coating (epoxy) or with anti-skid aluminum.

The body sidewalls are 50 mm thick. The roof is 100 mm thick.

The kit is specially constructed for the vehicle model ordered by the customer thus ensuring the maximum precision of fit and the highest level of finish in the product.
